Hop Evolution 

Inspired by the data, this infographic was created to show the complexity of the hop plant, Humulus lupulus. After years of working in the beer industry, I was amazed by the number of people that only see hops as a bitter taste. This infographic shows the diversity of the varieties while letting their individuality illuminate the design.
